At this time, we are looking for qualified Technical Recruiter to join our team.
These are full time opportunities with benefits offered. We are looking for hardworking
individuals who love to recruit and work hard to satisfy clients and upper management
with choosing the right candidates for open positions. Here is the job description
and requirements.
Description:
- Will source, screen, and interview candidates for professional level technical positions,
complying with company policies and EEO and ADA guidelines.
- Work directly with account managers, delivery managers, and clients assisting them
identify job requirements.
- Operate under general supervision with occasional reviews of search progress.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interviews applicants for open professional-level technical positions.
- Develop applicant flow for technical professional and technical management positions:
- Utilize internal recruiting tools to source candidates for open positions.
- Place ads on various recruiting sites to find applicable candidates
- Review resumes received and forward appropriate candidates to hiring managers.
- Follow up as needed on interview progress, hiring status, etc...
- Work with candidates on interview skills, required paperwork, background checks,
reference checks, and drug screenings
- Perform other tasks as requested from upper management
Job Requirements:
A: Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
B: Skills:
- Possess at least two years of technical recruiting and contract placement experience
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of technical job market, recruiting techniques
and employment policies and procedures are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced HR environment
